Providing personalized phone greetings for each client within the Business Center, basic office duties, stationary orders, filing, scheduling and maintaining 2 boardrooms, organizing mail (inbound & outbound), maintaining up-to-date phone lists (including in-office and virtual clients), invoicing & arrears, hotel bookings, general house cleaning, offering additional services to clients such as dry cleaning, event organization, reservations and more. Assisting the President with tasks when needed. Greeting all clients and customers that come in to the Business Center.

Monitored all inventory levels, created purchase orders, maintained relationships with customers and suppliers, set up and organized inventory at the Edmonton location, shipped parts between Canada and the US using FedEx, Purolator, etc. Basic ADP approving and coding, answered phone calls and directed messages, assisted in audits, Inputted EOW's and printed Gamma logs, volunteered with CUPS Calgary.

Scheduled appointments for shipment drop offs, wrote up delivery schedules for Trail trucks, answered phones, assisted customers with any questions they had, inventory counts, serial number tracking, basic office duties.
