Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Provide day to day support for all employees of the DFW Division locations in areas of escrow accounting, training & development, policies & procedures.• Participate in development and modification of local policies and procedures. • Responsible for completing the licensing process with the Texas Department of Insurance as well as monitoring Continuing Education requirements for licensed employees. • Prepare for and participate in annual audits by TDI and 4 Underwriters.• Review bank reconciliations daily and complete month-end revenue reconciliation.• Conduct new hire orientations and complete on-boarding process.• Participate in Human Resource Planning, expense control, and recruiting for the Division.• Security Administrator for company bank accounts. Duties include setting up account products, granting permissions to employees, placing stop payments, uploading positive pay reports and clearing daily exceptions. • Plan employee and customer appreciation events and participate in events with vendors.

• Escrow Assistant to the top producing Escrow Officer in the DFW Division, averaging 80K-100K in title premium monthly.• Process residential purchase and refinance transactions for closing, funding and submission of lender packages. • Participating member of employee relation committee.
