• Responsible for ensuring FDB's largest investment to date, $2 billion large scale cell culture manufacturing facility is operationally ready. Once completed, the facility will be the largest CDMO in North America.• Establish and implement a highly complex and cross-functional integrated schedule and governance processes for 6 buildings, 15+ functions and multiple special projects.• Collaborate locally and with global large scale colleagues to create and maintain harmonized and best in class processes and procedures. • Communicate throughout the organization, from the shop floor teams to the senior leadership team to ensure operational readiness plans and status are clear and visible.
