Accountable for supporting the recruitment and retention needs of the assigned service line and facility in identifying, locating and contacting candidates for Community Medical Centers staffing needs for RN, LVN and nursing leadership positions. Act as a professional resource to service line directors and managers for recruitment and retention strategies. Assist with strategic planning for service line recruitment and retention in coordination with the Director/Manager and Executive leadership team.

*Conduct sourcing of nurses and other health care professionals through job boards, directrecruiting, cold calling, meet and greets and leads to identify qualified candidates*Familiar with IRS, OSHA and Joint Commission regulations and guidelines*Strive to maintain retention of healthcare professionals through relationship building andcontinuous education of benefits and other company perks, 80% and higher.*Thoroughly screen healthcare professionals to ensure a right match for the talent and client*Maintain an open line of communication with all talent and clients with appropriate follow up*Prepare nurses for travel assignments based on IRS regulation guidelines*Facilitate the hiring process through screening and interviewing of candidates for travel, perdiem,and local assignments while negotiating pay, obtaining compliance, and ensuring companystandards are maintained.*Continuously provide customer service to candidates, employees, client, and internal staff.*Maintain compliance of employee files in accordance with Joint Commission standards.*Coach, counsel, discipline and terminate employees; address payroll issues.*Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services- Marketing and Salestechniques
