With over a decade of experience in management and administration, I am a versatile and altruistic Executive Assistant. My major areas of study were business administration and education, which gives me a unique understanding into the complexities of an institution, while being able to seamlessly communicate and work alongside individuals within the organization. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can apply my skills in management, communication, and strategic planning to support the mission and vision of the organization. I am currently an Executive Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I provide senior level administrative support to the Chief of the Division of Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Palliative Care.Alongside my current role at the University of Wisconsin, I also run my own business, MZR Horsemanship, as a horse trainer, holding close to 3 decades of cumulative time in the equestrian world. I help students and their equine partner achieve skill-based and relationship goals and offer assistance in problem-solving behavior using LIMA (Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive) concepts. I am always eager to learn new skills, expand my network, and take on new challenges.
