I take incoming calls from customers inquiring about their flights and or other questions or issues they might have. I also help book flights when additional help is needed. I help resolve issues with credits and previous flown flights.

I am 1 of 23 senators that are at Weber State. Our responsibility is to be the voice of our student population. I visit with students who are having issues or problems on campus. I help solve the problem or help them find someone who can help them. We vote of legislation and hep make a difference on campus

I am responsible for the organizations of files within the department. I help with social media awareness, and other various request.

I would go on board planes and make sure the credit card devices were working. I would take emergency calls when a device wasn't working and rush to fix it before takeoff.

I would book seats for the Utah Symphony and Opera. I would help customers with their season tickets and handle high end clients who came in. I also did various office tasks.
