Currently serving as a cross-functional team leader for a women-only community group, where I led a team of eight in designing, planning, and delivering monthly content to over 300 employees. This work, rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), is instrumental in empowering women-identifying employees through connection and education.

During my time at Patagonia, I fully embrace the brand's mission of environmental activism and exceptional customer service. My role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, all aimed at creating an unforgettable experience and fostering a community dedicated to sustainability. Here’s a snapshot of my contributions:•Spearheaded the World Premiere Event: Coordinated all aspects of an international film premiere, managing multi-tiered project logistics, local permits, and collaborating with a national marketing and climbing talent team.•Patagonia Grant Council Member: Actively participated in evaluating grant proposals as a council member in 2022 and 2024, contributing to the company’s philanthropic initiatives.•Organized Nonprofit-Centered Events: Designed bi-annual events open to the public to connect with the community, increasing awareness and attracting talent and volunteers for local organizations.•Developed Marketing Campaigns: Created web marketing materials and monthly newsletters, significantly boosting readership from 2,000 to 10,000 within 15 months.•Optimized the Shopping Experience: Leveraged tools and resources to enhance customer interactions, resulting in increased repeat business and new customer acquisition.•Managed Inventory Accurately: Processed in-store online orders, transfers, and donations while maintaining precise inventory records.•Advocated for Environmental Activism: Actively engaged in partnerships with local nonprofits, inspiring customers and colleagues to participate in community activism and environmental efforts.
