TECO is a small manufacturing company where customer service has multiple roles. While answering phones and data entry of purchase orders is the main focus, I prepare quotes, handle shipment issues and process return good orders.

In the past 24 years I was in various Administrative Assistant positions.Most recent was supporting the Direct Sales Management group along with the 40 Direct Sales Representatives. Worked mainly with the billing system, Icoms: input and processed orders, took payments by cash, check or credit card; handled both internal and external customer issues and processed equipment discrepancies. Ordered various supplies, business cards, office supplies, material and tools request and equipment as needed.Programmed and trained new employees on iPhones, iPads and Laptops.
