I am a hard working, creative mind who prides myself on my adaptability. I have a wide variety of work experience ranging from top notch customer service, to handling large sums of money, to quality assurance testing. I am ultimately looking to land a career in the art field.I have 10+ years experience doing freelance artwork for various projects including:-Children's Book Illustration ("Discovering Snodgrass: A Letter From Santa")-Table Top Role Playing Game Illustrations ("WyrdScouts", "Our Woodland Gods", "Zam! Pow! Spork! A Silly Supers RPG Zine"-Board Game Illustration, including character design, board design, piece design, etc (Dino Gardens)-Various pieces for content creators including thumbnails, concept designs, emotes, etcI have training in customer de-escalation through my time in customer service with State Farm Insurance. My tasks included aiding guests with various needs while navigating multiple screens and programs. Oftentimes, due to the stressful nature that surrounds insurance, it required a delicate touch to help de-escalate situations to best help the customers. Through my time with Epic Games I learned how to test video game functions utilizing tools such as console Dev Kits. Testing games requires a thorough, creative mind to approach the same problem multiple ways. During my year with Epic Games I wrote well over 100 bugs that helped with a wide range of issues with the popular game Fortnite. I took the skills I gained from my time with Epic Games and joined an Indie Studio, Sword and Staff games. I was with the company for 6 months doing a multitude of tasks, including QA testing and getting the beginning steps of marketing set up. This required an adaptive mind and a knowledge of social media management. The studio has since shut down regrettably, but the skills I acquired during that time have been valuable in shaping my abilities.
