Reporting Directly to the CEO, the Senior Change and Program Manager (SCPM) was responsible for the effective management of the benefits catalogue resulting from the projects and initiatives successfully implemented on the Change Agenda for the Airline. With over 30 active projects at any given time and an annual budget of over 15 MIllion USD, the SCPM managed 4 full time Project Managers and 3 part time PMs. Functional Work Streams included Projects for Maintenance and Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Finance and Human Resources.

Working with the Systems Development Department, effectively Monitoring and Controlling an array of projects: SAP FI/HR/CO/TR implementations, Point of Sales systems selections and implementations, Application design and development and Department Administration. Seconded full time to the Project Team for the close of BWIA and transition to Caribbean Airlines Limited managing the Contract Reconciliations, Branding, Duty Free and BPR initiatives.
