Hello, I'm a Mechanical Engineer who loves art, animals, hiking, creating, and 3D CAD modeling. I have worked multiple unique jobs including marketing assistant, bakery clerk, dogsitter, mechanical engineering co-op, and product development engineer.My marketing assistant position was an internship at MTI Baths over the summer of 2016, where I made over 300 CADD drawings of luxury bathtubs, showers, and sinks using SolidWorks. This internship greatly expanded my horizons in CADD drawing and 3D printing and the ability to utilize specification sheets, pointedly to meet the demands of highly-customizable features of MTI products. My position as bakery clerk at Kroger from June to November 2017 allowed me to learn customer service, multitasking, time-management, and resilience. Because the position was short-staffed, I also gained cake-decorating and mass-packaging and labeling skills. My first of 3 co-op terms at Heatcraft began in the summer of 2019, and I finished my second and third terms in the spring and fall of 2020. This experience gave me further insight and knowledge of the business and manufacturing aspects of product development for commercial and industrial refrigeration units. I used Teamcenter and Solid Edge to update and revise technical drawings and CAD models of parts and assemblies for a variety of products such as condensers, unit coolers, and compressorized condensing units. Additionally, the engineering team I worked with is developing new versions of current products to comply with DOE 2020 regulations.I graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Industrial Design on May 8, 2021. In my final semester at Georgia Tech, Heatcraft offered me a full-time position as a Mechanical Engineer I in the Stone Mountain location I worked in as a co-op. From May 2021 to December 2023 I designed cabinetry, framework, and piping configurations for custom industrial refrigeration units as a member of the Custom Refrigeration team.Most recently I have been selected to fill the Product Development Engineer role at EverMARK in Suwanee as of April 2024!
