I developed this consulting business, initially focusing on PeopleSoft consulting then broadening out to other ERPs, WMS, and TMS systems that include SAP, Epicor Prophet 21, HighJump/Korber, and BluJay Solutions. I built long-term relationships with clients that included Flow Control Group, Kichler Lighting LLC, Corning Inc, and Analogic Corp.

Here, I delivered technical expertise and leadership building, customizing, and integrating ERP systems and developing solutions to support business needs and objectives. I also supported and managed various projects including conducting business / systems / functional analysis, system integrations, data conversions, and SQL scripting for Oracle, and SQL Server Reporting.➥ Designed and developed interfaces between ERP and WMS, including collaborating with the HighJump consultant to build system requirements and technical documents/specifications along with testing. Successfully delivered project within set timeframe to meet the Go Live date.➥ Played an integral role supporting the new ERP, Epicor Prophet 21, assisting with data conversion from PeopleSoft to ERP for all supply chain data including managing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, technical writing, testing, and training.➥ Provided technical support for HighJump’s WMS, including implementing upgrades and post-implementation support and system modification.➥ Project Manager for the upgrade of BluJay and FedEx systems and servers that integrate with the WMS.➥ Inherited a failing project for the launch of a new product line, enabling customers to customize lighting fixtures online while integrating with the order management system. Led a team of 20 and managed all aspects of the project from business/system analysis, solution development lifecycle, testing, and training, successfully delivering a solution that provides seamless process integration.➥ Led the Supply Chain and WMS Team for the upgrade of Epicor Prophet 21 to version 2019.2.➥ Develop and oversee ERP/WMS EDI Integration to attain HighJump E3PL WMS Implementation to complete multi-phase projects for 3 distribution centers.

In this role, I conducted PeopleSoft upgrade serving as lead for the order management and inventory upgrade from version 9.0 to 9.2. I collaborated and managed multiple projects such as 3rd Party System Integration (MES, FAR), and Order to Cash upgrades. I also served as SME for PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules that included Order Management, Pricing, Fulfillment, Inventory, and Billing. I conducted extensive system / business / functional analysis. Developed solutions for changing processes and resolution of business issues.➥ Led Order to Cash project for the upgrade from SCM PeopleSoft 8.0 to 9.1, effectively leveraging knowledge and expertise to manage all aspects from requirement gathering and specification documentation, through systems configuration, and data conversion, to testing, deployment, and user training.➥ Directed an Order Management/Inventory upgrade from FSCM PeopleSoft 9.0 to 9.2, including analyzing and confirming system functionality of new version modifications, creating and executing test scripts for integration testing, and providing support to users during acceptance testing such as root cause analysis and issue resolution.➥ Oversaw the upgrade from SCM PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2 for the Environmental Division, including all supply chain modules.

Following a significant organizational restructuring that involved the elimination of the entire IT department, I was contracted to provide expertise in Peoplesoft, managing system support, reporting process management, data analysis, new process writing, and data clean up. I also served as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules, including Order Management, Fulfillment, Purchasing, Inventory, and Billing. I played a critical role in stabilizing system and processes in preparation for the hiring of a new IT team, conducting intensive system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution along with managing upgrades.➥ Led major project to transition from an old quoting system to PeopleSoft CRM, involving linking/converting numerous applications to Peoplesoft.➥ Supported CRM implementation interface for the creation of PS orders from CRM quotes➥ Worked on conversion from PeopleSoft to SAP, collaborating with the business on their processes and data conversions, along with managing extensive data clean up, data migration to SAP, and data validation.
