Operations Manager
Current- Oversee Center operational functions, to include CAM and Owners budgeting/expense control, service contractor management (i.e. security, housekeeping, pest control, vertical transportation and landscaping) and other.
- Manages the Center’s 10-year plan and recommends additions and changes as conditions of the Center dictate
- Relationship Management: Builds and maintains positive working relationships with all local and/or city/county building and emergency services officials, Center staff, tenants, vendors, TTC (The Taubman Company).
- Expense Management: Direct responsibility of annual operations budget of 2.5M
- Contract management: Direct responsibility for the management of key property service contracts. Ensure all assigned contractors remain fully compliant
- Project Management: Lead efforts for the development and execution of property specific special projects
