I have spent most of my professional career working in my own business, developing and customizing administrative process to meet the challenges inherent to self employment while exceeding client expectations for measurable results. I thrive in processes and systems that take the guess work out of administrative duties. I utilize an overview approach to consider a whole picture concept that allows me to deliver accurate results.In more recent years, I’ve expanded my business knowledge by working in the legal field. I assist multiple attorneys and legal assistants in a wide array of practice specialties. I’m an intake specialist who concisely summarizes client needs with precision, objectivity and intuitive input. I coordinate and schedule clients and attorneys via in-person meetings, zoom, and telephonic conference calls for the firm. I draft, edit and finalize correspondence for client mailings, docu-sign and emails. I create, prepare, and manage client working files. I manage the daily front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering phones and appropriately dispersing calls, incoming and outgoing mail/packages/deliveries. I finalize and close out client files, ensuring all data is securely contained digitally and all original documents are returned to clients. I see myself as the backbone of the organization with the ability to assist everyone in a capacity that pushes them to serve clients and other team members with efficiency, accuracy, integrity and a smile.
