As an experienced Customer Service operator and Authorised Officer who has been passionately collaborating cross functionally, not only within my own department but also within other areas of the department, I have become very passionate about delivering exceptional service within all facets.I have excellent communication skills, am a fast learner and a motivated, flexible and reliable worker. I am proficient in Microsoft office and excel. I am proficient in communicating with Stakeholders as well as creating reports to reflect any data. I have completed the Authorised Officer course as well as my Agents Rep Course; I believe I would be an asset to any department. Each day, I rise to the challenges and opportunities that my role encompasses with a sense of pride and purpose. Regardless of who I encounter, I treat all individuals with respect, compassion and empathy. A clear example of this, is how I engage with client. No matter how difficult the situation may present, I always hold my values by being honest with them and providing clear guidelines and direction, so there is never any confusion from the client’s perspective. This results in a smooth process of understanding and comfort for the client and helps me feel like I’ve kept in line with my strong morale principals.
