I have been in AML/KYC domain for the past 7 years and I am currently working as a Technical Coordinator, Payment-Ops in Northern Trust, Bangalore. As a TC, I'm responsible for managing Transaction Screening, Routing and amending of swift messages and also does Relationship Management (RMA) set-ups and attend to the queries related with Correspondence BICs, along with managing a team of 10 partners. as part of mentoring my partners I conduct Knowledge Sharing/RCCA sessions. I have also contributed to the Creation of department SharePoint.
