As the Founder and CEO of The Why Impact Consulting and previously a Senior Manager with EY, I deliver transformative projects at the intersection of strategy, innovation and impact. With 15 years of experience in the US and MENA regions, I’ve had the privilege of working with government entities and impact-driven organizations to tackle complex challenges in sectors such as sustainability, social services, and healthcare. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to driving systemic change, particularly through programs that foster sustainable development, leverage technology, and deliver measurable outcomes.Previous and current clients include the UAE Prime Minister's Office, Dubai Future Foundation, Department of Community Development, Ministry of Public Health Qatar, Federal Youth Authority, DEWA, RTA and more. Notable previous contract roles include Head of Strategy and Innovation for a business unit at Tonomus.NEOM, a Senior Strategist at the Early Childhood Authority and Head of Experience for the Mohammed bin Rashid Fund Innovation Accelerator. I am obtaining my Master in Social Innovation at the University of Cambridge. My research focuses on market, policy and digital strategies for addressing intractable and intersectional environmental and social challenges. Recently, I submitted my dissertation on the relationship between the Just Transition and Sustainable Development. I am an experienced facilitator and co-creation evangelist, having delivered over 100 workshops, roundtables and counting. My approach to facilitation is centred on building connection, unlocking collective genius and turning ideas into action for real-world impact.
