My passions include leadership training and executive coaching, and I have a proven track record of developing strong leaders and high-performing teams. Prior to joining GrayWolf Consulting, I worked in account management at some of the world’s most successful advertising agencies. In my last big agency role, I managed a team of over 30 employees. I helped develop and then implemented a new way of integration for Procter & Gamble and for seven years, this included training over 1000 employees at over 200 agencies, in over 80 countries around the world. I am at ease presenting ideas and learning in hundreds of situations from one-on-one to small groups to groups of hundreds.COACHING APPROACH: I bring limitless energy to each and every coaching engagement. I partner with my clients to accelerate professional performance and expand leadership capacity.I received my Executive Coaching Certificate from the iCoach New York program at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENTS: I have worked with clients in a wide variety of industries; media/communications, healthcare, non-profit, financial services, technology, law, and education to name a few. I have been a guest lecturer at many universities, have worked closely with the 4As on training and developing talent in the advertising industry, have partnered with the Female Quotient to bring “confidence coaching” to as many women executives as possible, and have coached and trained with No Bully, to help eradicate bullying and cyberbullying worldwide. I've also been asked to speak at various events on topics such as the Future of Work, the Future of Women, the #MeToo Movement, Women’s Leadership, and Creating A Culture of Inclusivity.
