People often ask me why do I have a passion with sofa design? This is because there is no other piece of furniture that relies more on both style and comfort working together to effect the purpose for which it was created in the first place. To me, an aesthetic sofa can be both comfortable and beautiful, and it does not mean that we should compromise one for another. In that regard, the art director in me always feel that someone's choice of sofas can speak about his or her personality – after all, I believe in this proverb “one is one’s truest self precisely when no one is looking”. Well, presumably when one is comfortably settled at home… on a brilliantly designed sofa!
