Dual Role in Technical Product Support Team and Training TeamTechnical Product Support - for Interconnect and Interface product lines, with six catalogs of products - cross-referencing products to support our distributors and sales team - empowering connections through communicating with customers, product management, and other colleagues, and providing lead information to the sales team (10-15+ contacts daily) Training Role - Full Product Line Course for Distributors and Sales: revisions of curriculum to include updated content, hands-on learning activities, and structure of training. I currently lead sections focusing on CAGE CLAMP spring pressure technology, Electrical Installation Connectors (including the very popular 221 lever splicing connectors), Printed Circuit Board Terminal Blocks and Multi-Connection System Pluggable Products, and Tools and Printer Demonstration. 6+ Trainings a year - Introduction to WAGO: I developed a course for our internal staff, taking the materials from our Full Line course and adapting it to the level of experience and needs of each department. The course is hands-on, and encourages connections between those in different departments and roles. 4-6 Trainings per year. - Development of new training materials based on needs of my colleagues.
