I am currently the Assistant Controller for a real estate owner in the tristate area. I have become comfortable using softwares such as QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and Yardi. I routinely complete bookkeeping tasks, file monthly/ quarterly taxes, and create monthly projections analyzing the standing of operations related to the business. Working here has helped solidify my decision of working in the field of Business, more specifically Accounting!

Excelled using their unique programmed system of operations for billing. Executed payments for customers' goods and processed monthly billing statements for 100+ customers. Reorganized their filing system and implemented a process of digitally saving all physical files.

Fostered a welcoming atmosphere for customers; kindly assessed their needs, resolved issues, and reassured them throughout their shopping experience. Processed payments at checkout and enlisted members to rewards and credit card programs while collaborating with other store associates to meet daily membership goals.

I gained experience of catering to customers' wants and needs as well as perfecting time management and multitasking skills. This was a great experience as my first step into the job market!
