Hiring and supervising faculty and teen classroom assistants, creating intergenerational programming, developing a team of senior educators, teaching adults, teens, and youth in both formal and informal settings, developing and writing curriculum, and integrating educational technology. Additionally, manage a large budget, develop and write grants, and bring best practices to the program.
