Created and lead a small efficient publisher success team servicing 300+ independent publishers across 4 brands representing a suite of services designed to compliment the traditional print book distribution services. Services include metadata delivery, ebook distribution, BTC platform for marketing and selling of content and the industry leader in digital print solutions. Responsible for strategic planning and successful implementation leading to a combined 44% growth in targeted digital print markets. Project managed a successful, on-time migration and training of 225+ publishers into a new DAM/DAD solution.

Oversaw $25MIL+ print buy for the Perseus Books Group. Vendor management included overseas and domestic printers, 4/c and b/w printing and sourcing for book+ product and assembly of kits. Developed the technical and operational infrastructure for Constellation Digital Services, launched in 2007 by the Perseus Books Group that served as a DAD solution for our 7 imprints and 200+ independent publishers. Recruited and developed an industry leading technical account management team to support the new frontier of ebooks. Constellation TAMS brought education, collaboration and geekiness to our established brands and distributed indie publishers. Created and implemented a hugely successful inventory solution through renegotiation of traditional offset models, utilization of cutting edge digital technologies and crafting of proprietary algorithms achieved through early data analytics solutions.
