I Interviewed, hired, evaluated, oriented, trained, disciplined and when necessary, terminated subordinate staff. I also maintained records on subordinate staff such as level of performance, specific deficiencies, counseling sessions training records, etc. I oversaw the development of policies and procedures for assigned sites.I ensured the program complies with agency policies and procedures. I also ensure that programs are meeting goals and consumers are receiving optimum care.At times I had to represent the division on agency committees and at outside meetings. I worked with colleagues to develop long-range program plans including new programs for Day Services. I also had to make recommendations and implement new programs and services for Day Services.
