- Work one on one with physician’s - Work with physician’s and clinic staff to implement goals and learn how to accomplish these goals in a timely fashion - Teach clinic team and physicians how to screen patients, both outreach and opportunistically - Help implement the ASaP Program. (Alberta Screening and Prevention) - Provide ongoing Panel support/management after we leave the clinic- Facilitate meetings within the clinic- Adjust quickly to new work environments- Work in multiple EMRs (Medaccess, Healthquest, Jonoke)- Communicate regularly, via Email, Phone, Fax- Maintain strict confidentiality of all Electronic Medical Records according to the Edmonton West Primary Care Network and individual Clinic policies

- Opening a brand new clinic- Working with 6 physicians- Scheduling appointments- Handling high volumes of phone calls and incoming faxes - Rooming patients- Blood Pressure, temperature, height and weight checks- Private and third party billings- Setting up and assisting with minor procedures- Ordering medical supplies- Monitoring and communicating with patients on Coumadin/Warfarin- Completing Attending Physician Statements and Medicals- Faxing of referrals, important and confidential charts
