As a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist at Southern Veterinary Center, I provide high-quality care and support to our clients and their pets. I have been working in this role for over seven years, and I have earned the Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA) certification from the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA).I have developed strong skills in pet care, pet safety, pet CPR, customer service, communication, and clerical tasks. I am passionate about ensuring the well-being and comfort of the animals, as well as building trusting and lasting relationships with their owners. I am also proficient in using various software and tools to manage appointments, records, and payments. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my knowledge and abilities in the veterinary field.
