I work with employer groups of all sizes, throughout the state of Michigan to craft employee benefit packages that fit the unique needs of each business. I offer creative solutions, that helps the business to attract and retain valued employees.

I am responsible for all aspects of the bookkeeping and accounting functions for EBS. I process all accounts; payable and receiveable, as well as a commission data payable system. I maintain all budgets and sales forecasts, both monthly and annually. I also perform all functions of an HR Generalist, as we are a small, family owned business.

Beyond the general clerical functions of managing efficient operations of the office, I was responsible for all client scheduling and preparation of client asset presentations. In an effort to improve account management, I was instrumental in the implementation of a new CRM system, which greatly improved accuracy of client data and streamlined operations.

I wore many hats as the office manager of this hospitality organization, which is comprised of four separate operations; a restaurant, a delicatessan, butcher/wine shop and a 7 room Inn. I calculated the sales data for each operation, as well as prepared the daily deposits, performed the HR functions, and also maintained and updated the website.
