I am the owner and founder of Age Well Physical Therapy, LLC. Age Well is a holistic mobile Physical Therapy Practice that treats clients in the home and community. Our team includes clinicians with a variety of clinical specialties allowing us to be competent in providing care for high-level and low-level Neurological, Orthopaedic, and Medically complex cases. We service the Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County areas. We teach our clients to Age Well. I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University’s Physical Therapy Program in 2004 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy then went on to pursue a Doctoral Degree at Temple University, graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2007.I am experienced in treating a variety of conditions, due to starting my career at the prestigious Magee Rehabilitation Hospital working on the general rehabilitation, stroke, and brain injury unit. I later joined a private orthopedic practice that specialized in breast cancer rehabilitation and geriatric falls prevention. My passion is teaching those in the community the power of prevention. So I also specialize in strength and conditioning for clinical weight loss required for pain management, the treatment of orthopedic and other obesity-related illnesses. I am certified as a nutritional health coach and in 2021 launched Age Well For Life, a health and wellness program for busy adults that desire to improve their health through dietary lifestyle changes and exercise.
