Lead Support Engineer
CurrentAssist internal and external clients with hardware and software questions and difficulties. Train and provide guidance daily to team of four support engineers. Create and update both internal and external use training documentation. Assist system administrator in implementation of security policies. Perform phish testing and provide general security trainings annually to employees. Hold meetings and send memos to employees about current tech trends and other items that may impact their daily functions such as updates to our software or Windows. Prepare documentation concerning disaster recovery. Wrote scripts to automate small processes and test/trace client connections to our AWS hosted servers.
