My daily tasks consist of; scheduling reservations for customers, answering phone calls  using a multi-line phone. I would input all guest information, record all payments, and also  input their credit/debit card information into our reservation system. I'm very experienced  with handling personal information such as credit/debit card info. Filed all  receipts,reservation agreements,and other customers documents in proper files.. Most  importantly, I provided excellent customer service everyday.

I made appointments, answered and handled many personal calls and was trusted to work alone in his office and make sure everything ran smoothly, as he needed my help with organization, cleanliness, and I also ran some personal errands. Most of the work I did was edit websites, and work on the internet and computer
