The Masters of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Indiana Wesleyan University is an intense program that focuses on using theory, methodologies, and data analytic procedures to conduct research in organizational settings. Through this graduate program, I have also gained extensive experience with recruiting, training and retaining employees. I have also learned the importance of creating a flourishing work environment that improves organizational culture and employee motivation and satisfaction. I am currently teaching high school English, and I have extensive knowledge regarding research, interpretation, and writing. On a daily basis, I direct and monitor the progress of more than 120 high students. I regularly collect and analyze data, which is used to evaluate student performance. My experience in the classroom has given me the opportunity to design and lead efforts that strengthen the performance of diverse groups of students. I have worked extensively with high school students to help them optimize both their oral and written communication skills. I believe my extensive background in research and analysis gives me the experience needed to guide the application of human resource-related regulations and laws.
