    I started at Wal-Mart as an Hourly Associate in Benefits Administration and worked my way up to a Management Associate in the Informations System's Division. As an IT Business Analyst, I analyzed and documented the business needs to develop software for Wal-Mart and Sam's Club merchandise buyers for use on Retail Link. I collaborated with the Buyers and the Programmers to create software and reporting tools, so that they could better understand their merchandise position by store and/or club. I was responsible for testing, implementing and creating training materials for the software that we developed, along with conducted monthly training sessions for the Buyer's. As a System's Administrator I managed multiple IT project for Benefits Administration, from Annual Open Enrollment, to the implementation of a new automated claims processing system and the implementation of Peoplesoft, I also worked with developers on designing, developing, testing and implementation of multiple new systems to administer Benefits for all US associates, including researching a replacement system for in-house systems. Created training information and conducted Benefit's training classes for incoming District Managers and Store Managers on Benefit Programs, including participating in videos that were viewed at the store locations and traveled to clubs that were acquired to provide Benefit training. I was part of the team that was involved in the construction and relocation of the Benefit's Administration building. This included everything from helping pick out bathroom stall colors to the phone and computer network wiring and installations. Administered all aspects of Benefits and Payroll for 650,000 US associates. I wore many hat's in my 9 plus years at Wal-Mart Store's Inc., I worked with lots of different people, from hourly associates in the stores to Executives in the Home Office. I was also privileged to help with the Annual Stockholders Meeting.
