Secretarial duties:Open new cases in billing system; draft and revise legal documents, i.e., letters, court filings (including uploading same through the CM/ECF system), estate planning documents, collection documents and real estate documents; record daily time entries in billing system, manage attorney calendar; firm librarian.Workers' compensation division paralegal duties:Review medical records, manage medical indexes, track files for lead attorney to advise of upcoming deadlines as well as draft and revise letters; return calls to clients.Billing Clerk duties:Responsible for 70% of firm's monthly invoices, including electronic upload of invoices. Secondary bookkeeper duties:Issue checks, log daily receipts, prepare deposits and balance trust acct.Secondary computer tech duties:Manage individual computer issues as they arise and verify nightly media data storage.
