As a carer I have lived experience with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, ODD, Psychosocial Disability and high level behavioural needs I have experience in Leading teams, Administration Management, NDIS Support Co-ordination, NDIS Policy and Safeguarding, NDIS guideline Requirements and legislation. Currently working in Mental Health using a person centred strength based approach. Experience with Co-designing social engagement programs within a community engagement centre.We run a multi diverse team that includes both learnt and lived experience to add depth to the service delivery we provide.
