I have a natural aptitude for administering a portfolio of development projects from acquisitions; valuation and due diligence, through the pre-development, design to negotiating FF&E and purchasing bulk furnishings and appliance packages. I have both represented the owner as well as worked in service to ownership entities administering for general contractors, architectural firms, home owners associations and top investment banking firms. In addition, I lead the development meetings three times per week which brought the asset management and CapEx construction teams together to ensure functional and clear communications with on-site property management teams by initiating weekly progress on existing projects and strategizing scopes for the best return on investment.
