My name is Melissa Ulloa I’m a local of South Bay and have lived in the area for most of my life. My passion for working in sales, customer service and management traces back to my trade school in cosmetology. I am a people person and love listening to people and taking the pearls and gems of our conversations and help grow personally and professionally. I’m a natural born leader and pride myself on helping others become productive members of their organizations as well as continuing building their professional careers. I started at Dermatology Group as an insurance verification representative new to medical field to receptionist to cosmetic coordinator then front office manager and finally practice manager. Learning new fields is exciting to me. Planning business development events as well as online profiles via blogs website and social media presence is another strength I can bring to any organization. Starting Nova with local women has been an incredible journey. Nova consulting calls to all my professional strengths and working on our clients needs and growing their business allows personal and professional satisfaction. Working on creating a healthy work environment and helping staff to overcome their professional obstacles so they enjoy their jobs is so for filling. I really enjoy, loving where I work. The owners are fantastic. My current role is Business Development as a licensed Real Estate Agent. I work with owners looking for property management services, include: driving through our local areas, post on social media, reach out to realtors, CPAs, HOA associations by any means of offering our stellar services.
