I am a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Engineer with 6 years of experience developing software and a decade in the tech industry. My work prioritizes simplicity and getting the user experience right whether I’m building an internal app for data-driven users (analytics tool for utility companies) or an application viewed by millions of people (VIZIO WatchFree+).Whether we're building a brand new application or a redesign, I drive successful projects by prioritizing cohesive relationships across different teams and maintaining quality documentation. I excel at Design presentations and live demos for technical and non-technical audiences alike. My approach to unfamiliar technologies is to dig into the code and form educated questions when collaborating with colleagues.As a community organizer, I coordinate route development clinics with Colorado's Staunton State Park to encourage greater diversity and mentorship in rock climbing.
