Focusing on developing and delivering training and development initiatives, across Europe, to a diverse population.Responsible for:• Design and implementation of the talent development strategy for Europe• Working with headquarters and the global development team on initiatives driven from HQ into the local region e.g., global onboarding• Design and deliver development tools and training within the region at both regional and country level• Collaboration with HRBPs in countries in the region to support and deliver initiatives to develop employees• Supporting e-learning platform and ensure day to day maintenance along with reporting to relevant stakeholders• Working on projects as part of the regional and global HR team to support ongoing improvements to the development initiatives• Strong focus on key talent development, management development and succession planning across the region• Design and deliver annual development plan in line with business requirement• Complete, analysis and deliver against Learning Needs Analysis for the region

Responsible for shaping and developing global inclusion strategies, driving a culture of belonging so that everyone can thrive and succeed. Designing and championing EDI initiatives to effectively attract, develop, engage and retain a diverse workforce. Ensuring equity for the priority areas for gender, disability and wellbeing.

Responsible for both implementing Learning and Development solutions across the organisation as well as implementing EDI strategically.

Working with leaders and their teams to create environments where people can make the most of their strengths and fulfil their potential. Co-creating development strategies with senior leaders; creating and delivering high impact, sustainable solutions; ensuring they have a clear path to create the capabilities to achieve their strategic goals.
