An eleven month mission trip with a non-profit organization to countries in Europe, South-East Asia, South Africa and Caribbean Islands. Teams assist local contacts with a variety of ministries including orphan care, feeding schemes, anti-trafficking initiatives, education, and other tasks as assigned.• Acted as point of contact for various ministry leaders and networked to reach new partners• Facilitated difficult conversations between team members to create healthy dynamics• Managed a budget of over $10,000, delegating money for food, lodging and transportation• Managed and coordinated the logistical needs of transportation, lodging, and more for over 15 individuals through South East Asia, South Africa and the Caribbean.
