Talent Management Specialist
Current- Build a diverse candidate pool, proactively source, identify and recruit candidates via social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and other technical or creative methods.
- Collaborate with Chief People Officer and Director, People Services to create and implement recruitment strategies.
- Work with hiring managers; lead talent acquisition process to hit hiring targets.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, screenings, and schedule second step interviews with qualified candidates.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, act as a candidate advocate, and utilize the Applicant Tracking System to efficiently process and track candidates.
- Finalize the hiring process by checking references, transcripts and completing background checks on both the state and federal levels.
