Application Engineer Responsible for deploying and monitoring software application installations, software patches and operating system patches utilizing WSUS and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM Current Branch). Key member of the team responsible for configuration, maintenance and applying updates to the SCCM and WSUS Environment. Design, configure and maintain the environment used for Ivanti Appsense Environment Manager, an N-tier user personalization utility. Configure, maintain and deploy user and machine default settings including login/logoff actions using Ivanti Appsense Environment manager configurations. Implement and maintain several trust and estates critical tax applications including Lacerte, Prosystems, Estate Planning Tools and BNA Interactive tax forms using. Key Team member in the Windows 10 desktop rollout, responsible for the configuration and development of the Windows 10 default user set up. Assist in patching and updating Windows Server Environments. (Server 2012, 2012 R2 and Server 2016) Responsible for training LAN Techs and Engineers on using the SCCM environment.  Document procedures for knowledge base. Provide 3rd level end user support via phone, skype messaging or in person.

 Configure and monitor SMS advertisements, Installations and Packages.  Citrix administration such as; Publishing, installing and configuring applications, as well as monitoring server usage. Document known system errors and bugs and resolutions for internal knowledge base. Documenting software lifecycle and process. Software upgrade project planning, leadership and documentation as required.  Leveraged the use of VMWare virtual machines for package and software testing. Provide third level technical support to users and administration for system applications including Microsoft Office XP, Windows XP, iManage (Interwoven), iCreate, iScrub, LetterMark, iDocID , Tax Preparation software and DeltaView. Evaluate, test, and repackage applications using Wise Package Studio. Document software configuration, known issues and troubleshooting procedures for system applications. Maintain and update system applications with appropriate upgrades and/or patches.
