CurrentSenior Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Remote)• Mission System lead recruiter in support of Human Resources and Communications • Partner with the business on the OFTH (On Fire to Hire) initiative to hire a high volume of entry level talent within Global Supply Chain and Quality & Mission Excellence• Full life cycle recruiter who manages and executes the entire hiring process to recruit top talent• Knowledge of Taleo and WorkDay• Internal Mobility Advisor who guides hiring managers, TABP’s and HRBP’s through the process of moving an internal into a new position outside of the requisition process • Serve as a talent advisor to the business to understand needs, develop a recruiting strategy, source top talent and negotiate during the offer process
