The Office of School Relations serves as an informal, neutral, and confidential resource to assist parents and community members with school-related issues and concerns.The Office of School Relations' goal is to help families, and community members navigate the most effective channels for resolving problems, complaints, and other school-related issues.Specifically, the role of the Office of School Relations is to:• Listen and help find the appropriate first place to seek resolution.• Serve as a resource to help connect the right people to resolve the relevant concerns.• Provide information about district policies and procedures.• Coach individuals on how to prepare for difficult conversations.
