Process bi-weekly payroll for multi OPCO’S for 500+employees. Responsible for daily attendance tracking for all employees, for all 3 shifts, identify violations and inconsistencies with company policy.Manage all employee leave programs including but not limited to, FMLA, STD, LTD.Maintain HRIS by entering new hires, terminations, and daily changesResearch all unemployment claims and provide requested documents, testify on the company’s behalf when required.Recruit and orientate new employees for vacant positions. Initiate Yearly Open Enrollment meetings with entire employee population.Work as a business partner with all members of management and understanding their objectives so solutions can be provided to support the operation.Boosted employee morale through the introduction and implementation of innovations, strategies and activities to enhance personnel work experience.Assist with employee relations and facilitating issue resolution.Conduct confidential investigations when needed and report findings.Coordinate all employee event planning.Serve as an internal consultant to management on a broad range of HR topics.Create daily reports for management team, based on specific requested parameters.Certified First ResponderAct as Human Resources Manager when he/she is unavailable.
