• Managed and expanded relationships with existing corporate recruiting partners, by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative ways to engage with students and build their on-campus employment brand; resulting in a rating of 100% overall satisfaction as measured through the annual Career Management Recruiter survey• Developed solid relationships with new Industry recruiting partners, by actively engaging firms, advising on best practices for campus recruitment, and creating tailored recruiting plans to meet the talent acquisition goals of each individual firm; successfully doubled the number of Industry firms coming to campus and created new career opportunities and access for students • Conducted MBA Admission Interviews and provided candid feedback and recommendation on admittance to the selection committee, by having a solid understanding of Ivey, the MBA program and the ideal candidate profile; contributing to the overall goal of admitting high potential candidates• Developed and implemented a reporting process to track job postings weekly, allowing teams to optimize their time by focusing efforts on researching and outreach of relevant new postings; ensuring that Career Management successfully achieved established job posting targets

• Managed communications with corporate clients for the Ivey Business School’s Career Management department for a high-profile MBA recruiting event, through telephone, email and face-to-face interaction by having a thorough understanding of all stakeholder objectives, ensuring satisfaction for all participants; as a result this event is consistently marked as one of the most valuable components of the MBA experience, and receives consistent survey results from satisfied firms• Successfully developed and implemented a strategic sales and marketing plan for a large annual tradeshow hosted by the Lumber and Building Materials Association of Ontario, through effective advertising and multi-media campaigns, to increase awareness, attendance and revenue; resulting in a record event attendance in 2010 (attendance increased by 20%) with 18% increased revenues• Managed and developed strong relationships with clients from a wide variety of industries, by researching and understanding each specific organizations’ line of business and the needs of all stakeholders involved; through establishing effective event marketing and project plans, achieved the explicit and unique goals of each client• Initiated the use of regular status reports and face-to-face meetings with clients to measure progress on predefined success factors throughout the event planning process; recommended and implemented revisions to ensure the key success factors for all stakeholders were met
