My current role as Director, Human Resources involves providing strategic guidance to dozens of leaders who oversee approximately 1400 employees and focusing on project-based work. I host regular Operational Leader meetings that support leadership development and create collaborative relationships and engage leaders with Western’s vision and strategic priorities. I also lead negotiations for two of our largest unions.
