I began my healthcare journey as a physical therapist in the acute care hospital setting where I enjoyed the complexities of the fast paced environment and medical management and the collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. I was honored to have the opportunity serve the rehab team by overseeing rehab department operations and strategic plans and work with additional teams throughout the hospital including an accreditation. I completed my masters in healthcare administration in October 2023 and plan to continue to grow in my healthcare leadership journey by improving systems that support the highest level of quality, compassionate clinical care of the patients from the teams I serve. I am focusing on healthcare quality, risk management, and compliance to help healthcare organizations have the highest standards, organizational structure, and systems in place to achieve the best outcomes for our patients and meaningful work for our team members. I want to serve with compassion and excellence in all that I do because I care about quality, safety, and outcomes and want to make a positive difference in my community.
