Key Responsibilities:•Learning and Development Coordinator is a new position for Elm Grove. Role would have a high level of ownership in developing, implementing, and managing a high-quality and comprehensive training program.• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, including orientation sessions, skills training, leadership development, and compliance training.• Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, arranging materials, and managing attendance records.• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content and materials.• Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, including e-learning platforms, workshops, and on-the-job training, to engage and educate employees effectively.• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.• Assist HR Director with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.• Assist HR Director, to provide timely and professional assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and benefits administration.
