My focus is on transforming ideas from concept to commercialisation and creating a three-way value exchange for the organisation, our partners and customers.I'm the Australian Innovation Lead for Avanade and a Non-Executive Director. I bring to both these roles a specialisation in Digital Innovation, Organisational Strategy and People and Cultural Transformation. I'm also an Advisory Board Member of the Service Innovation Alliance (SIA) of the University of Queensland. I have more than 20 years of leadership experience across non-for-profit, government, and corporate environments. My experience spans sectors such as Finance, Insurance, Mobility (Integrated Transport and Road infrastructure), Public Works, IT, Education and Retail. I was formerly employed as the Head of Digital Innovation for both banking and health insurance at CUA.My unique value proposition includes:1.
