I empower others with knowledge of the power of what the brain can be and do when it is in the state of Ketosis and true health and balance. Everyone is different and what they need is specific to them. My main focus is to empower them to learn what they are capable when they put their brain and body in its optimal state to teach them what they are capable of. When they are in this condition, they learn to "hear" what their body and brain are telling them so they can make choices to be the best version of who they are.
